Inside Sales Representative
Employment type: Full Time
Monday to Friday 8 am-5 pm
There will be occasional weekend work.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide Customer Service via phone and email correspondence
- Maintain strong working relationships with our customers, understanding customers’ needs
- Answer incoming phone calls and field where they need to be directed
- Schedule LTL freight; pick up and drop off
- Update internal databases with order details and Customer information
- Perform general office administrative duty, such as customer service, assist other team members if needed.
Requirement:
- Intermediate to advanced skills with Sage, Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access
- Ability to adapt to new protocols and consider ways to improve existing systems
- Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Team player with a strong desire to be an active, long-term participant in the Company growth
- Must possess exceptional organizational skills
- Must work efficiently under deadline pressures
- Ability to learn quickly, make an immediate impact, and provide value-added service to our clients
- Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day
- Must be proficient in writing professional emails
- Must have the ability to adapt to new protocols and consider ways to improve existing systems
