Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse:
· Coordinate and evaluate patient care plans.
· Administer medications and treatments.
· Provide ADL care and skilled nursing assessments.
· Communicate with physicians and team members.
· Train caregivers in Home Health Aide skills.
· Develop and implement written Care Plans.
· Supervise and ensure compliance of Caregivers.
· Maintain accurate patient records and report changes.
Requirements of the Registered Nurse:
· Valid Mass RN license in good standing.
· Computer proficiency.
· Prefer respiratory experience (trachs, vents, G-tube care).
Qualifications of the Registered Nurse:
· Bachelor’s Degree in nursing or related field OR two years’ experience in geriatrics/care management.
· Licensed RN in state of employment.
· Previous RN experience preferred.
· Excellent interpersonal and client care skills.
· Valid driver’s license.
· First aid/CPR certification.
