A multi-location real estate company is seeking a Corporate Real Estate Recruiter to contact seasoned and new real estate agents throughout SW Florida for our newest Office
This person will be setting up appointments with real estate professionals.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Flexibility, strong organizational skills, and a high attention to detail
- In addition, this position requires interaction with both branch managers and senior level executives.
- Recruiting experience (must have experience in Real Estate)
- Bi-Lingual Spanish/English preferred
Job Requirements
- High School degree
- Licensed Realtor in Florida
- Coaching/Mentoring/New Agent Onboarding
- Work experience recruiting or sales (Real estate experience preferred)
- Ability to work under stress and to juggle multiple tasks/deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize daily and handle constant change.
- Exceptional Telephone and Presentation Skills
Training:
- In addition to one-on-one training, you will shadow other recruiters in interviews, presentations, meetings, and offers.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
