Responsible for the overall maintenance and condition of the Dining Room, other front-of-the-house areas like the beverage stations, bus stations, and restrooms, interacting with customers, and maintaining a proper level of clean dishes when time permits.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Cleans all tables after every use using a sanitized towel brushing all debris onto a clean brown tray.
- Cleans all chairs and booths after every use using a dry towel brushing all debris onto a clean brown tray.
- Pre-busses occupied tables by asking guests if they are finished with their plates and if they have enjoyed their meal
- Interacts with guests while pre-bussing and circulating the dining room and lobby
- Maintains all bus stations by removing full bus tubs, emptying trash, and wiping down stations with a sanitized towel keeping them neat and clean in appearance.
- Maintains entire lobby and dining room floor area by spot sweeping or vacuuming as needed
- Maintains all entry and exit door glass and windows throughout the shift by cleaning fingerprints/smudges
- Maintains guest restrooms throughout the shift by wiping mirrors, sinks, toilets, emptying trash, maintaining the floors, and refilling any needed supplies.
- As last priority, maintains an adequate level of clean dishes by doing them as necessary.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
