Verizon Sales Associates will utilize their skills in building relationships to generate loyal customers for our clientele. You will be responsible for demonstrating exciting sales presentations promoting reliable products and services customers can trust. Verizon Sales Associate Requirements:
- Engage one-on-one with prospective customers representing the company and brand with the utmost professionalism
- Research competitive sales and marketing strategies to improve team performance, increase revenue, and drive sales
- Maintain an up-to-date working knowledge of all client products and services to ensure the newest and most advanced telecommunications solutions
- Attend all sales campaign meetings and communicate customer feedback to senior management
- Maintain detailed reports of customer interactions tracking sales activity, customer presentations, referrals, and completed orders
- Collaborate with other Verizon Sales Associates to identify quality prospects to increase customer satisfaction and retention
Verizon Sales Associate Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in fields such as sales, customer service, customer retention, hospitality, and related roles
