The award winning district office of Farmers insurance in Plymouth, MN is seeking a dynamic Insurance Sales Productivity Specialist or Agency Business Consultant to join our team in the twin cities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the district sales team, analyze, communicate data, recruit, train and coach new and existing agency owners. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a fast growing district in the twin cities. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and strong leadership is desired.
Responsibilities:
- Train and coach sales team to improve sales
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities to use in coaching
- Assist in recruiting future agency owners to join the team
- Communicate effectively with sales team to ensure their success
- Motivate sales teams to enhance productivity and performance
Qualifications:
- Proven success in sales, account management, or insurance sales
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data
- Knowledge of technology sales and insurance products
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Licensed or willing to obtain insurance licenses
This role can lead to management and advancement to other roles within Farmers insurance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
