THE ROLE
Provide exceptional customer service by answering calls, routing them professionally, and greeting clients. This position is also responsible for providing administrative support to the members of the law firm to include scheduling appointments or consultations, typing letters and memos, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, travel, and other administrative duties.
JOB DUTIES
- First point of contact
- Greeting clients and visitors
- Answering and routing incoming calls
- Scheduling client appointments
- Billing, data entry, word processing
- Prepare and manage case files
- Filing legal documents
- Drafting legal correspondence
- Basic office tasks such as copying, faxing and deliveries
- Keep clients informed by maintaining contact; communicating case progress

WORK EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience working in a legal environment.
Pay is based upon experience.
