What you'll do as a BCBA:
- Conduct various skills and behavior assessments for learners assigned to caseload
- Leverage your BCBA expertise to guide and support the development of individualized treatment goals through evidence-based research
- Supervise, train and support the development of excellence in supervisees/apprentices, BCaBAs, RBTs
- Support caregivers and families in meeting caregiver goals for treatment
Key Qualifications:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a must
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism and their families
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Dedication to continuous professional development
