```Duties```
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying accuracy of contents and matching against purchase orders
- Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring items are properly labeled and securely packed
- Utilize warehouse management system to track inventory levels and update records
- Operate reach truck or other material handling equipment to move and store products within the warehouse
- Perform order picking duties, selecting items from inventory according to customer orders
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any shipping or receiving discrepancies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in shipping and receiving or a related role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform basic math calculations
- Familiarity with distribution center operations and warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Proficient in using order picking equipment such as an order picker or reach truck
- Knowledge of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
