Role Description
We are seeking a highly polished, seasoned professional to fill the full-time remote role of Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. The ideal candidate will possess the business acumen, maturity, and sharpness to manage executive-level responsibilities with excellence. This role requires providing executive administrative assistance, managing communication, and offering comprehensive support to the CEO. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, organizing documents, coordinating travel arrangements, and assisting with office administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive administrative support to the CEO
- Manage and prioritize communication, including emails, phone calls, and other correspondences
- Schedule and organize meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements and itineraries
- Organize and maintain documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval
- Assist with office administration and ensure smooth daily operations
- Act as a gatekeeper and handle confidential information with discretion
Qualifications
- Strategic Acumen: Ability to gain a solid command of the CEO's vision, strategy, values, and desired actions to independently make effective decisions and take decisive action in day-to-day operations.
- Professionalism: Highly polished professional with exceptional rapport with C-level leaders and a demonstrated ability to interact with senior executives.
- Communication Skills: Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail and clarity.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Tech-savvy with expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe). Graphic arts and design ability is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar executive support role is preferred, demonstrating a track record of reliability and excellence.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field required, underscoring a solid foundation in business principles.
