**Job Description:**
We are seeking a bi-lingual motivated and detail-oriented Asst. Property Manager/Recertification Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recertification process for individuals and families participating in the Section 8 housing program. This includes reviewing financial information, household composition, and other relevant factors to determine continued eligibility for housing assistance.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct recertification interviews with program participants.
- Review financial documents, including income and asset information.
- Verify household composition and residency status.
- Ensure compliance with program regulations and requirements.
- Provide assistance and guidance to program participants throughout the recertification process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recertification activities.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience working in housing assistance programs or social services.
- Strong understanding of Section 8 housing regulations and requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
