The Dillig Bowen Group is a team of 6 investment professionals dedicated to serving high-net-worth families in a fiduciary advisory relationship. Our Team has spent a collective 80 years working in the wealth management industry. Our affiliation with HighTower—one of the largest independent advisory firms in the U.S., and our parent company—enables us to service our clients in a fiduciary capacity. What You’ll Do
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our growing team as a Client Service Associate. You will perform diverse administrative duties requiring confidentiality, initiative, and sound judgment. You will report to the Operations Manager.
Please note – this person is expected to be in the office Monday – Friday.
- Support complex client service tasks: cashiering functions, account maintenance, statement & tax document management
- Calendar management for the Managing Partners and Directors, including preparing for meetings
- Arrange conference rooms, AV equipment, dial-in numbers and video conference
- Greet clients and guests in our offices and assist with food and beverage orders and necessary
- Assist with expense reports for the team
- Maintain CRM database via Salesforce
- Assist with various marketing projects
- Oversee the team’s client birthday list
- Provide support for team events & holiday gifting
- Oversee office management including supplies organization and IT support
- Assist with client events, communication initiatives and other administrative tasks as needed
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3 + years of industry experience
- Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce
