Job Summary:
This role leads a team of Global Process Owners with responsibility to define the design future state Finance processes (AP, AR, ITC and RTR). The Finance Transformation Lead is responsible for the end-to-end strategic and transactional process design related to finance, operations, people, technology, data and performance management throughout the Shared Services Organization. Responsible for coordinating future state design and implementation activities across Core Financials and Financial Engagement Layers (Cora). Workday and Finance subject matter expert on technology to ensure coordination and alignment cross functionally. Responsible for driving improvements in end-to-end process efficiency and effectiveness for Finance. Identify and remove obstacles to ensure business objectives are met for the improvement of the organization. In scope for this role will be all Corp/SBS, USBL, specialty and Canadian entities.
Primary project owner for Workday system enterprise for Finance modules. Provide strategic oversight on end-to-end initiatives and ensuring project milestones and key metrics are met. This role will also lead process design and coordination of all post acquisition activities to integrate an acquisition into SBS.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Process design management / owner

Set strategic direction for organization, including process design, policy development, spend management controls, technology

Drive the strategic focus and drive functional excellence across the end-to-end process

Continuous improvement on processes and procedures

Develop process design for businesses being integrated into SBS, including through acquisition

Partners with business and Executive stakeholders (Corporate, SBS, Field and Global functional leaders)
Drive Strategic Initiatives
- Define competencies and skills required to lead the end-to-end process
-
Proactive engagement to resolve obstacles

Leading the solutions for recommended process design changes
-
Leads integration efforts of processes into SBS including existing Sysco businesses and acquisitions

Assist in M&A activities including overall governance and integration strategies

Partners with external consultants and internal stakeholders to determine strategic direction of SBS functions

Champions and accountable for Innovation projects and deliverables

Broad visibility, knowledge and influence across the organization to accomplish enterprise-wide goals.
Drive Process Standardization/Data Standards/Policy
- Oversight and review of the accuracy, timeliness and quality of financial information and compliance

Drive visibility and continuous improvement through metrics and best-practice targets

Education Required:

Bachelor degree required in Finance related field
