Job Summary:
The Turndown Attendant is responsible for preparing guest rooms for the evening, ensuring a comfortable and inviting space for guests returning from their daily activities. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication and organizational skills who takes pride in providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities:

Clean and refresh a set number of occupied guest rooms during each shift.

Replace used towels and amenities with fresh ones.

Coordinate room service tray and dish pick-up.

Adjust lighting and temperature, and provide ice and fresh water.

Replenish guest room supplies like shampoo, lotion, and stationery.

Prepare unoccupied rooms for arriving guests.

Provide additional housekeeping services in the evening, such as refreshing towels and amenities, cleaning the bathroom, emptying trash, and remaking beds as needed.
Qualifications:

Legal work authorization in the United States required.

High school diploma preferred.

Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Familiarity with using mobile devices or similar technology for work purposes is a plus.
