Ø Duties and Responsibilities
Electrical Estimator/Customer Service is a in office role. Need to have at least 3-5 years of understanding of any type of Electrical Contracting/Electrician in residential/commercial building/warehouse where they are required to utilize a broad range of electrical skills and common sense. Here is a list of duties and responsibilities
- Estimating residential jobs 100% of responsibility
- Estimating commercial jobs 20% of responsibility
- Perform 100% of Customer Service function by answer all phone calls, emails, texts
- Triages calls and inquiries from customers
- Assigns and schedules service requests from customer or company personnel
- Manages resources efficiently and effectively for all scheduled services
- Monitors service orders assigned to electrician
- Responsible for the life cycle of service order (creates, edits, completes and invoice service orders).
- Handling customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism
- Providing customers with product and service information
- Assure quality customer service by adhering to standards set by the company while estimating costs for commercial client Determines wire and conduit sizing
- Adhere to all quality and safety codes
- Performs other project related duties and assignments as instructed by supervisor
- Must be able to work well under pressure and multi-task
- Extremely detail oriented and organized

- Physically, technician must be able to: Stand or walk for long periods; use arms and hands to reach for, handle, and manipulate objects; lift and carry materials weighing 50 to 100 pounds; climb up and down ladders, scaffolds, and other objects and carry tools and equipment; stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl, and see (naturally or with correction).

Job Qualifications/Requirements:
- US Citizen/Legally to work in the US
- Be willing to submit to Background check and Drug Test
- TDLR Apprentice/Residential wireman License Preferred
- Valid Texas Driver’s License
- High school diploma preferred
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Maintains professional appearance (Clean Cut)/attitude at all times
- Attention to detail coupled with excellent organization skills
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize on a daily basis
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as electrician
- Work Schedule: Full Time - Monday – Friday 8:30AM – 5:30PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
