Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for circulating throughout the assigned casino area, and serving player quests by redeeming winning voucher tickets, making change for players and assisting players with rules of the game.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED and some customer service experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.

This is an entry-level position.

Must be able to learn all of the games and explain rules to guests.

Must possess basic mathematical skills which include ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide, specific to position responsibilities, counting money accurately and balancing cash drawer.

Must be able to operate hand held validating unit and enter information into computer.

This position requires standing and walking for long periods, lifting up to 10 pounds, walking, sitting, stooping, bending, reaching and climbing steps.

The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke, excessive noise and constant exposure to general public.
