The Shoreline Center, LLC is seeking a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic interdisciplinary team! The Shoreline Center, LLC is a small family owned company providing ABA therapy, pediatric speech and language therapy, and pediatric occupational therapy. Reporting directly to our Clinical Director, the BCBA will serve as a member of the clinical team providing support and supervision to assigned behavior technicians. Primary duties include:
- Completing patient assessments;
- Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans;
- Providing clinical oversight and supervision of assigned behavior technicians;
- Collaborating with patient treatment teams to review case progress; and
- Providing caregiver trainings.

Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- BCBA Certificate (Required)
- Michigan LBA (Required)
- One year's experience managing an ABA-patient caseload is preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership and management abilities
