Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN) or related field preferred. yet not required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of progressive leadership experience in a fast paced healthcare / rehab setting.
- Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in WA.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; proven ability to inspire and lead teams.
- Commitment: A deep dedication to patient care and nursing excellence.
