Aloha! Off The Wall craft beer & wine is now hiring kitchen staff
We are seeking full-time and part-time employees to join our team.
We are a locally owned and operated restaurant and self served beer and wine tasting room.
Our hours of operations are :
9-9 Sunday - Saturday
Shifts will start as early as 8am.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping
- Assist in cooking and preparing menu items according to set recipes
- Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
- Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages
Skills:
- Experience in a fine dining or restaurant setting
- Proficiency with knives and kitchen equipment
- Strong knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
- Ability to work well in a team environment and take direction
- Familiarity with menu planning and culinary terminology
- Previous experience in the food industry or dietary department is a plus
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 + per hour
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
