Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage all aspects of nursing operations within the organization - Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices - Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations - Collaborate with other departments to coordinate patient care and ensure a multidisciplinary approach - Monitor and evaluate the quality of nursing care provided, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions - Manage budgets and resources to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of nursing services - Stay up-to-date with current trends and advancements in nursing practice, incorporating evidence-based guidelines into clinical protocols - Foster a culture of patient-centered care, promoting resident rights, dignity, and respect Experience: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or related field required - Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) - Minimum of 5 years of progressive nursing leadership experience in a healthcare setting - Strong knowledge of nursing administration principles and practices - Experience in supervising and managing a team of nursing professionals - Familiarity with assisted living, acute care, Medicare, and nursing home regulations - In-depth understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to ensure compliance We offer competitive compensation packages including comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, etc. Additionally, we provide opportunities for professional development and advancement within the organization.
