Maintenance Person
Overview:
Join our team as a Maintenance Person where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our facilities. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing various maintenance tasks to support the smooth operation of our facilities.
Duties:
- Supervise and perform routine maintenance tasks to keep facilities in optimal condition
- Utilize logic controllers and Ohmmeter to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues
- Conduct repairs and maintain equipment to ensure efficient operations
- Implement Facilities maintenance best practices to enhance safety and functionality
- Troubleshooting: Determining what repairs are needed based on the issues that need repair.
- Performing repairs: Performing general repairs such as replacing light bulbs and fuses, plumbing and painting
- Installing equipment and appliances
- Demonstrate Leadership skills when coordinating maintenance projects
- Perform Residential painting tasks as required
Experience:
- Proven experience in Facilities maintenance and repair work
- Proficiency in Electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques
- General landscaping.
- Ability to fabricate parts or components for repairs
- Strong Leadership skills to supervise maintenance tasks effectively
- Experience in Residential painting is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
