Qualifications
Education and Experience: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Adult Education, Instructional Design, or other related field and 1 year related work experience OR 5 years experience with Administration of a Learning Management System or related system OR an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.

Summary
The TennCare Learning System Administrator provides direction and oversight of all training functions and learning system administration.
The TennCare Learning System Administrator will allow for enhanced employee engagement, leadership development, team building, individual development, and staff training as the position will be able to leverage systems to track and analyze data while ensuring all users of the system, both front-end and facilitators, are supported across all sectors with administrator training, access administration, and general course administration.
Responsibilities
1. Supervises staff responsible for agency specific and state training.
2. Provide direction and oversight of inter-agency training as required for state employees related to DOHR Policy and state/federal guidelines.
3. Lead agency efforts within the learning management system. This will include governance of content, users and partner support roles and initiatives and functioning as the systems master administrator.
4. Managing and utilizing all learning statewide systems including LinkedIn Learning, Edison and other platforms to ensure all mandatory training requirements are met and supports the growth and development of its employees.
5. Develop solutions, ensure timely updates, and manage communications across stakeholders to solve system issues through enhancements, defect and incident ticket requests.
6. Support the Enterprise with compliance, reporting, audits, training material conversions, transcripts, certifications, and external certifications processing in learning management system.
