Duties:
- Assist the Head Chef in overseeing the kitchen operations
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to recipes and standards
- Ensure food is prepared and presented in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new menu items
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a line cook or similar role
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
