Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to join our team at the outpatient imaging center. The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in supporting our workforce, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, and fostering a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the center.
- Onboard new hires and conduct orientation sessions to foster a smooth transition into the organization.
- Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Support employee relations initiatives and address employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters.
- Collaborate with management to implement training and development programs for staff growth and retention.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting.
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations, particularly in the healthcare industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- HR certification is a plus.
- Experience with HRIS and ATS systems.
