Awning Installation Helper
· FIRST AND FOREMOST - Represent Liberty Home Products to the customer in a pleasant manner. Be neat in appearance and polite while on the job. Customer referrals account for a significant number of new and repeat sales and you provide the customer’s last and most lasting impression of and for Liberty Home Products and personnel.
· Assist Lead Installer with maintaining, loading truck and preparing for the day’s work.
· Properly and efficiently assist lead installer as directed in measuring, installing and servicing awning products, consistent with LHP policies
· Assure that truck is properly serviced and ready for use each day, advise Lead Installer or Operations Manager of maintenance and service needs for truck
· Assure that all products and necessary tools, misc. parts and items are loaded onto truck
· Assure that spare parts are kept in the truck per Spare Parts Stock List
· May do factory manufacturing and fabrication as required.
Work skills and job knowledge required:
· Sound knowledge of, and safe use of tools required for all installation projects
· Basic knowledge of all LHP products
· Good math, measuring and home construction knowledge.
· Clean driving record and a safe driver
· Good communication skills
· Ability and willingness to interact well with customers
· Good time management skills
· A strong team player and willingness to follow direction.
Physical Requirements:
Must have good balance. Must be able to lift and move up to 100 pounds not only at ground level. but must be physically and mentally able to also do so on a ladder. Must be able to bend to install items at and below ground level and above head, frequently working on a ladder. Must have dexterous use of both hands. Must be experienced and skilled working with hand and power tools such as drills and screw guns. Must have good corrected vision. Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure and perform the operations with common and decimal fractions and using common measuring tools

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
