Job Summary: The Sales Support Associate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting sales office operations in the local branch office. The ideal candidate will have a strong service background, attention to detail, a high understanding of technology, amazing organizational skills and a willingness to be part of a team. Job duties will include administrative, technology and Company system support, processing, ordering supplies and other administrative and customer service duties as assigned
Agent Support:
- Provide white-glove service to agents and clients visiting our offices, promoting available support resources.
- Assist agents with technology, process, and operational questions, fostering a culture of inclusion and support.
- Collaborate with the Agent Onboarding Team to facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new agents.
Branch Leader Support:
- Assist in creating and supporting office events and agent recognition initiatives.
- Champion a customer service-oriented office culture and ensure the smooth operation of office facilities.
- Manage office social media accounts and promote the value of our affiliated partners.
Production Power:
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide training on company marketing programs, systems, and industry tools.
- Advocate for the use of affiliated support partners and reinforce their value to agents.
New Agent Affiliations:
- Lead comprehensive onboarding processes for new agents, including office orientation and training on company tools.
- Introduce new agents to affiliated partners and highlight opportunities for collaboration and support.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Prior real estate management experience preferred.
- Spanish speaking a plus
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in various operating systems and software programs, including Microsoft Office and Canva.
- Ability to effectively communicate with different audiences and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in social media applications and willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
