Key Responsibilities:
Transaction Closure:
- Manage the end-to-end process of closing residential real estate transactions within our internal system.
- Ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate for each transaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any outstanding issues or discrepancies.
Payment Processing:
- Facilitate timely and accurate disbursement of payments to referral partners and agents.
- Maintain detailed records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.
Communication and Coordination:
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, agents, and external partners to streamline communication and enhance collaboration.
- Keep all stakeholders informed of transaction progress and address inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Present a positive and friendly attitude even when challenges present themselves.
Quality Control:
- Conduct thorough reviews of transaction details to identify and rectify any errors or inconsistencies.
- Implement quality control measures to uphold the highest standards in transaction processing.
Qualifications and Experience:
Educational Background:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Additional education or certification in finance/book-keeping, business or a related field is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working in an office environment 5 days/week
- Experience working in a clerical or administrative position.
- No prior real estate experience is necessary.
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to learn new programs and platforms quickly and efficiently.
- Proficiency in using Google Workplace Tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Team Player:
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
Adaptability:
- Ability to adapt to changes in processes and procedures as the industry evolves.
