Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities. This is a full-time position.
Duties:
- Conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify and resolve maintenance issues
- Perform electrical repairs and installations as needed
- Maintain and repair machinery, equipment, and apartments
- Troubleshoot and repair issues, such as plumbing, electrical and others
- Supervise and coordinate outside contractors for specialized repairs or projects
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner
Experience:
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role is required
- Basic carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, plumbing and electrical knowledge
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting
Skills:
- Electrical repairs and installations
- Maintenance of machinery and equipment
- Leadership skills for supervising contractors
- Basic carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, plumbing knowledge
