Reports to: Sales Manager
Compensation: $75-250K, straight commission with unlimited potential, including a signing bonus and ramp-up period of six months.

Position Summary
The Project Coordinator's primary mission is to effectively communicate the distinct benefits and value of our services to prospective clients, illustrating why they are superior to those offered by our competitors. The Project Coordinators will secure an approved proposal required deposits, prepare instructions for the Production Team, and collect final payments.

The salary range above reflects the low and high scope of earnings and is not a guarantee of wages as the position pay is based on commission from sales only. There is no maximum cap on earnings; the sky is the limit for those who want it and will work for it.
The Project Coordinator must be able to function and excel in a team environment, as the group is greater than the individual.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Goals – Setting and obtaining goals for personal and professional growth and success.
· Training – Attend company meetings & training when requested. Have personal continuing education programs, such as podcasts, sales training literature, etc. Participate weekly in role-playing sales calls, product presentations, and closing with other sales personnel, Owner & COO to improve each other’s skills.
· Learn – Learn and apply new technical information, product knowledge, and sales techniques as changes occur to better overcome competition.
· Leads – When a lead is emailed to the Project Coordinator, contact that day is a requirement. In addition, the Project Coordinator successfully implements self-generated lead methods to ensure adequate sales appointments to fill and maintain a prospect pipeline.
· Samples – Maintaining assigned samples and sales tools in a professional condition.
· Company-provided vehicle – Maintaining a clean and reliable vehicle, carrying samples, and attending sales calls.
· Sales Process – Follow the Rhoden Roofing Proven Process Method. Track customers on CRM and promptly move each customer to the appropriate stage throughout the process.
· Communications – Prepares paperwork necessary to facilitate the sale of projects from the sales department to administration, the production department, and claims. Communicate the customer’s wishes and specific circumstances in the required format and timeline.
· Availability – Be available to make sales calls, which include early evenings and Saturdays.
· Reports – Provides reports to management upon request. Communicates challenges and assesses measurables weekly during departmental meetings.
· Additional Duties – Participates in activities and projects as directed by the Sales Manager, Owner, or COO.
Requirements of the Position
· – The Project Coordinator is expected to achieve personal and professional objectives. Selling can be a challenging profession due to the number of hours and the number of non-successes it takes to become successful. Solid goals and plans give professional salespeople the power to maintain the course when the road appears challenging, giving them the strength to break through into success or sustain success. The Project Coordinator will establish a method to track the achievement of a plan and implement the plan. Every effort will be made to meet or exceed agreed-upon monthly sales targets. Produce and submit activity reports as required by management.
· – The Project Coordinator is expected to read, understand, and implement components found in books, tapes & seminars on a) Sales Techniques, b) Personal Development, and c) Technical Product Knowledge as instructed by the Owner & COO.
· – The Project Coordinator will attend training and meetings at the prescribed time. Lateness or missing meetings without an approved excuse will be cause for dismissal. The Project Coordinator should be available to attend and conduct sales calls with the buying party, which may occur during the day, early evening, and Saturdays. The project coordinator will be available by phone unless out estimating a project, meeting with a customer, or networking.
Knowledge, Education, and Skills
The Project Coordinator should be able to scale a two-story ladder and work comfortably on a 7/12-pitch roof. In addition to sales skills, the Project Coordinator is expected to develop a comprehensive knowledge of the products sold.
Self-motivation, a burning desire to succeed, and the ability to not take rejections personally are essential to success as a Project Coordinator. They should also have a positive mental attitude toward themselves and others.
The Project Coordinator should have a continuing education plan that includes attending sales training meetings, reading sales books, and studying sales and product training videos, podcasts, and trade journals.
