We are looking for a Parts Supervisor who is a high energy, positive leader that will bring considerable experience, processes, knowledge and ideas to our company. You must have at least 3 years of parts experience, be CSI oriented and have a proven ability to grow a department with great upside.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the parts department and oversee all aspects of parts operations
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers for efficient parts procurement
- Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure availability of parts
- Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize stock discrepancies and optimize stock levels
- Collaborate with other departments to forecast parts demand and plan accordingly
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Maintain accurate records of parts transactions and update inventory management systems
- Train and supervise parts department staff to ensure efficient operations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized parts department
Skills:
- Strong supplier management skills to establish and maintain relationships with suppliers
- Knowledge of pricing strategies to negotiate favorable terms with suppliers
- Proficiency in using inventory management systems to track and manage parts inventory
- Experience operating a forklift for loading, unloading, and moving parts as needed
- Excellent inventory control skills to monitor stock levels and prevent shortages or excesses
- Ability to procure the right parts for various needs, such as HVAC or auto body repair
- Familiarity with demand planning techniques to forecast parts requirements accurately
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes to coordinate timely delivery of parts

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
