Premier Pools & Spas has an award-winning reputation that is looking to hire for our Design Consultant Sales position. The Design Consultant Sales position sells and designs pools that exceed the customers dream. We will train the right person who is driven, persistent, optimistic, and committed to providing great customer service and has a proven sales track record.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer vision and budget for project
- Conduct design consultations, where the salesperson meets with the customers and creates a presentation based off the customer’s vision
- Competent in 11 Step sales process
- Maintain a working knowledge of the company’s sales programs (CRM, CAD design software etc.)
- Maintain minimum sales standards set by Premier Pools & Spas: Appointment to 2nd meeting completed ratio 85% with a closing ratio of 35%
- Review drawings with customers in detail to ensure construction expectations have been met and have customer sign off on drawings
- Audit all sales paperwork for accuracy prior to being entered in Construction software
- Make sure all internal worksheets are completed within 48 hours for drafting / audit team
- For projects that have not been excavated, contact Customer every Monday, and place notes in Construction software until project is excavated
- Contact customers for projects that are currently under construction every Tuesday, and place notes in Construction software, and follow-up with customer throughout the construction process to ensure the customer’s expectations are being met
- Responsible for writing an Addendum for every customer change until the pool is excavated
- Follow the proper back charges procedure set by Premier Pools & Spas
- Participate in sales forecasting and planning
- Develop and maintain communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff and customers using established guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in similar positions
