Expectations Regarding Hybrid Working:
As a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy for physically working from the office (which may be the client's offices or our own offices, depending on the client) aligns with our client's policies and expectations, and these vary. Most of our clients now require a minimum of three days per week in the office, two days from home, and accordingly, this is also the minimum expectation that Delta Capita requires. For this initial role, the client needs the candidate to be available at least three days a week. We require candidates to be flexible to meet our client's demands.
