Responsibilities:
- Greet and Assist Visitors
- Welcome students, parents, and visitors.
- Provide information about the center’s facilities and services.
- Manage Communication
- Answer phone calls and emails.
- Handle inquiries about programs, schedules, and policies.
- Check-In and Check-Out Procedures
- Oversee student attendance and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain Front Desk Area
- Keep the area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials.
- Customer Service
- Address concerns and provide information about the center’s offerings.
- Ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
- Administrative Support
- Assist with data entry, scheduling, and maintaining student records.
- Prepare and distribute educational materials.
- Handle Payments and Registrations
- Process tuition payments and registration fees.
- Assist with enrollment procedures.
Requirements
- Responsibility and Reliability
- Must be very responsible, reliable, and punctual.
- Able to multi-task and follow directions.

- Energetic, nurturing, and caring individual.
- Enjoys working with children ages 4 to 14 years.
- Work Eligibility
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Educational Background
- High school graduation required.
- College degree preferred.
- Work Schedule
- Part-time during the center’s hours of operation: 2:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. Monday to Friday.
- Long-term commitment desirable, minimum of 6 months.
- Language and Location Preferences
- Native speaker preferred.
- Local candidates preferred.
