Job Summary:
The Front Desk Agent is a crucial part of our team, serving as the first point of contact for our guests. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process, addressing guest inquiries, and providing exceptional service to enhance the guest experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanour, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations.
- Ensure guest accounts are accurate and handle any billing issues.
- Respond promptly to guest complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Follow all safety and security protocols to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
