CSR’s will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls from customers at a high volume
- Scheduling appointments
- Organizing technician’s routes
- Processing payments/accounting
- Making sales calls
- Responding to emails and voicemails
- Calling customers to take care of their accounts
- MULTITASKING (Ex. Answering a call while taking notes or speaking with a customer while scheduling their appointment)
