Prominent distributor specializing in HVAC supplies, is in search of a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry, preferably in wholesale and supply. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to excel in B2B sales and territory management while contributing to the growth of our business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Maintain Customer Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients within the designated territory. Understand their requirements, offer product recommendations, and deliver exceptional customer service to drive sales growth.
- Sales Strategy and Territory Management: Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, conduct market analysis, and monitor competitor activities to stay competitive.
- Product Knowledge and Education: Possess comprehensive knowledge of HVAC products, including equipment, components, and accessories offered by HVAC Supply Distributors. Educate customers on product features, benefits, and applications to meet their specific needs.
- Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition of HVAC Supply Distributors' products and services. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable business agreements.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including customer service, logistics, and management, to ensure seamless execution of sales orders and superior customer satisfaction. Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on sales activities and market trends.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales calls, and pipeline management, utilizing CRM software. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and enhance sales effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC sales, with a preference for experience in wholesale and supply.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on customer relationship management and territory development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
