Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our team. As an Infant Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where our infants can learn and grow. You will develop meaningful and trusted relationships with our infants as well as their parents. It's important to and provide a safe and supportive classroom environment.
Duties:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote learning and development in areas.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and engagement with infants
- Provide individualized attention to each child's needs, interests, and abilities
- Collaborate with parents to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's needs and growth
- Assess student progress through observation, assessments, and portfolios
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to coordinate activities and events
Requirements:
-Willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices (will teach)
- Ability to create a loving environment.
- Understanding of behavior management techniques for young children ( will teach)
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders
