**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a tech-savvy and customer-focused Patient Access Representative to join our Otolaryngology practice. As a Patient Access Representative, you will play a key role in managing our online appointment system, responding to patient inquiries, and facilitating the check-in and registration process for patients.
**Responsibilities:**
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Collect patient information and maintain accurate records
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone and email
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive patient experience
- Assist with patient check-in and registration processes
**Qualifications:**
- High school graduate or equivalent
- At least one year of related experience
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in electronic medical records and scheduling software
- Friendly and professional demeanor
