Adapt Integrated Health Care is looking for a Recruiting Assistant to join their Human Resources team!

The Recruiting Assistant supports Adapt Integrated Health Care’s talent acquisition goals by identifying, recruiting, and screening potential employees for the agency.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Consults with directors within the organization to understand the requirements, duties, and qualifications desired for the specified vacant position(s).
- Consults data and records to identify and select potential candidates for vacant positions.
- Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
- Screens potential candidates, selects qualified and interested candidates for interviewing phase, then connects viable candidates with hiring clients.
- Checks candidates’ references and credentials, verifying potential candidates’ experience and backgrounds.
- Counsels candidates on the interview and hiring process.
- Follows up with clients after the interview process to determine whether a placement can be made; collects feedback when placement is unsuccessful.
- Collaborates with directors and other HR staff in the offer process by proposing salaries based on pertinent information.
- Maintains and ensures compliance with applicable equal employment opportunity (EEO) and related employment laws and regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience applicable to the recruiting function
- Associate’s degree in related field preferred.
- Familiarity with all phases of the recruitment and hiring process preferred.
