Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. As a Dentist, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Provide general and specialized dental treatments, including restorative, cosmetic, and preventive procedures
- Administer local anesthesia and perform pain-free dental procedures
- Educate patients on oral health care, including proper brushing, flossing, and nutrition
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and other staff members to ensure efficient patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic dental software systems (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft)
- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of dental office systems and procedures
- Proficiency in using dental software systems such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft
- Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred
- Familiarity with medical coding for dental procedures
- Excellent understanding of oral anatomy and dental diseases
- Ability to interpret medical records and diagnostic tests
- Thorough knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy laws
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff members
- Ability to assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:

- The candidate must be comfortable in performing all phases of dentistry such as RCT, Extraction, Removals and crowns & Bridges. The candidate must also be personable and motivate.
Experience:
- General practice: 5 years (Required)
Language:
- Spanish language ability is a plus. (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- License to practice in the state of NC is a must. (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Charlotte, NC 28211: Relocate before starting work (Required)
