National Restoration Project Manager
Overview:
The National Restoration Project Manager is responsible for managing restoration projects for large commercial buildings. This role includes oversight of temporary labor, equipment procurement, on-site management, paperwork accuracy, and quality control. The Project Manager will work closely with occupants and property owners to ensure customer satisfaction.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 + incentives.

Location:
Supports US Nationwide with up to 100% travel.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Field Management:
- Supervise Restoration Technician Team and temporary labor.
- Oversee large commercial and residential losses.
- Ensure clean demolition and compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service.
- Office/Shop Management:
- Review project paperwork and manage subcontract agreements.
- Approve invoices and monitor project schedules.
- Conduct training and equipment checks.
- Maintain equipment and vehicle readiness.
- Profitability Management:
- Meet billing, revenue, and profit margin goals.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of residential and commercial restoration experience.
- 3+ years of project management experience.
- IICRC certifications in water and smoke restoration.
- Ability to travel for emergency and non-emergency losses.
