Starting pay is $14-$15 an hour. All Hours worked after midnight pay 1.5x regular pay! We are currently looking for someone to run the shift between 6pm-1am Sunday-Thursday and 6pm-3am on Friday-Saturday! We have open positions available for 30-40 hour work weeks.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, cooking, and service
- Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen and dining areas
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Train new employees on food preparation techniques, customer service standards, and POS system operation
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food service industry, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
