Administrative Assistant
Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support and assist in daily office tasks.
Duties:
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Maintain office filing systems and databases
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and emails
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as needed
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent customer service abilities to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
- Proficient in clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and experience with phone systems
- Ability to act as a personal assistant to executives when required
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications
- Understanding of office management procedures and practices
