**Overview:**
The Office Coordinator will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the efficient operation of the office. Responsibilities include providing support to the sales manager and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing the company’s general administrative activities.
**Responsibilities:**
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Ensure the office environment is organized and well-maintained.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Organize and schedule deliveries.
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Greet and assist visitors.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Provide general support to customers.
- Assist in the organization of company events and projects.
- Conduct research and compile data for managerial reports.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
**Working Conditions:**
This position may require long periods of sitting, working at a computer, and occasional lifting of office supplies. Flexibility in hours may be required to accommodate the needs of the office.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
