The 75 years old company is industry leader in a specialist field with extensive experience and a well-established reputation, producing a range of bespoke and standard RF antenna products ranging from large volume products for global companies to small volume custom work for highly specific applications. The company manufactures products for a diverse range of industries and market sectors including public security, defense, transportation, utilities, manufacturing, construction and consumer goods. The main manufacturing site is based in London with sales and distribution offices based globally in Mansfield Texas, Singapore, Bordeaux France & Brisbane Australia. The company has over 10,000 part numbers existing of components, subassemblies and finished items.
Role
The Warehouse Associate is based at the Mansfield Office working alongside our production and sales teams. Successful applicant will be in communication with our head office in London to ensure that the materials are received, inspected and shipped in the most efficient way.
The day-to-day operational responsibilities of the company will include these tasks and any applicant would be required to oversee them:
- Picking and Packing orders (including admin processing on SAP Business One)
- Receiving and dispatching goods
- Conducting in-bound and out-bound goods inspection with help of the Singapore based engineer.
- Operating a forklift/reach truck
- Packing incoming stock away, rotating stock and stocktaking, including pallet handling
- Reviewing orders so no mistakes are made
- Making sure that the H&S procedures for the warehouse are followed including a good house-keeping and equipment maintenance
- Repacking and kitting jobs
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
- Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions

- Excellent organization skills
- With a valid forklift and reach truck license (preferred but not essential)
- Good level of spoken and written English
- Can do it attitude
Working hours are 8AM to 5PM – Monday to Friday with 1-hour lunch
