The Apartment Sales Consultant plays a crucial role in delivering our mission and achieving our goals. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently generating sales and meeting goals through processing sales of air conditioning and heating products and supplies to new and existing multifamily customers, as well as soliciting prospective customers. Typical duties include but are not limited to:

Obtain new customers and maintain existing customers according to sales goals jointly established with Management

Provide customers assistance with sales, orders and problems or complaints

Provide customers with information on new products, services, changes and promotions

Participate in sales meetings and furnish requisite weekly and monthly reports

Attend and participate in industry and/or association meetings and events as a representative of the company

Develop working relationships with territory customers including management and maintenance personnel

Apply knowledge of basic air conditioning and heating concepts to appropriately assist customers with product needs and/or problems

Communicate customer or industry concerns and issues to appropriate company personnel
Sales Consultants receive a base salary plus commission with no caps!
