Broadcasting Experts is looking for a Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate is experienced with all aspects of digital marketing, with specific expertise in social media, and has the ability to coordinate with other production team members to execute the needs of our clients with excellence.
In this role, we would expect you to:
- Have a firm understanding of marketing strategies across OTT, CTV, and targeted audio (bid management, tactics, data, audience analysis, etc.)
- Minimum 3 years of paid work experience in Ads or B2B marketing, product marketing, digital advertising or marketing communications.
- A general understanding of Wordpress is ideal but not required
As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for:
- Campaign Execution: Create, manage, and monitor digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, OTT, targeted audio and other relevant platforms.
- Keyword and Audience Research: Conduct thorough research to identify relevant keywords, audience segments, and trends to maximize campaign reach, performance, and CTR.
- Ad Creation and Optimization: Provide guidance to the production team for visual assets, and select appropriate ad formats to engage the target audience. Continuously optimize ad performance through A/B testing.
- Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, cost per conversion, return on ad spend (ROAS), and more. Use insights to refine strategies and improve campaign outcomes.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations detailing campaign performance, key findings, and actionable recommendations for improvement. Present results to stakeholders and the marketing team.
- Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new advertising platforms, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains competitive in the digital advertising landscape.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives, landing pages, and other assets that drive conversions and align with campaign objectives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in digital advertising campaign management and analysis, with a proven record of success with large and small campaign budgets and a strong track record of achieving positive ROI.
- In-depth knowledge of various digital advertising platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications in relevant digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads) are a plus but not required
- Comfort with Google Workspace
