Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service/Disptach Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and possess excellent communication skills.
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
- Dispatch orders and coordinate with logistics partners
- Utilize 3PL systems for order processing and tracking
- Assist in managing transportation schedules and routes
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with GIS software for mapping and location-based services
- Proficiency in using phone systems for incoming and outgoing calls
- Utilize GPS systems to track shipments and provide real-time updates
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer software for data entry and tracking purposes
