Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral health services to individuals with developmental disabilities and autism. Your expertise will contribute to the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients in a compassionate and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Implement behavioral interventions based on individualized patient assessments.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Provide patient care with a focus on improving quality of life and promoting positive behavior changes.
Experience:
Required:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism.
- Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and behavioral interventions.
- Strong knowledge of data collection methods for tracking patient progress.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality.
