The primary function of a Project Manager is to plan, coordinate, execute and maintain an effective field construction organization utilizing the necessary engineering, labor, equipment, materials, subcontracted services and company resources to effectively perform the scope of the contracted work within an allotted budget and time schedule.

- On site project management when necessary
- Plan and supervise installation projects of all types of HVAC work
- Review projects on a daily basis and maintain workload
- Develop scope of work
- Quality control of installations
- Understand blueprints to design mechanical HVAC systems
- Quote, review and evaluate proposals and bids
- Obtain permits, project approval materials
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure projects conform to plans, specifications, schedules and budgets
- Direct and oversee construction projects from conception to completion while monitoring compliance with safety and building regulations
- Maintain positive relationships with contractors, customers and employees
- Resolve technical problems encountered in the field
- Serve as point of contact for the teams

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
